In effort to maintain the buildings original aesthetic, much attention was given to the original details such as replacing the existing floors with a random width walnut flooring, matching the high base board profile and window surrounds, maintaining 9’ ceilings and period appropriate tile. These newly renovated apartments are a perfect blend of high-quality modern interiors and the elegant historic exterior.
