High-end office expansion on the 43rd floor at One Liberty Place. The project included reception, waiting area, small conference room, large conference room, private offices, open workstations, kitchenette, file storage, and copy room. Special sound attenuation wall assemblies were utilized to reduce noise and maximize auditory privacy. The new office layout was designed to increase functionality and suit the needs of the client’s diverse set of employees.
