Description:
Built in 1936, the Nemours Building, an Art Deco-styled hi-rise, is one of Wilmington’s largest office buildings. It is historically certified, and is located in the heart of the central business district. 39° North Architects, LLC is working on the office repositioning of the Nemours building into a mixed use property featuring high-end apartments with luxury amenities throughout the building including a lush landscaped 12th floor outdoor oasis.
