Built-in 1865, this classic French Renaissance-style building was added to the National Register of Historic Buildings in 1979. 39° North Architects obtained approval from the Philadelphia Historical Commission to provide security enhancements. The ironwork securing the ground floor openings has been fully restored to its original integrity while maintaining the historical elegance of the building.
